This summer, 24 countries will meet in France, each with the same goal: to be crowned Europe’s top football team. Victory will necessitate collective team excellence, a result that invariably requires individual brilliance from each of the triumphant nation’s players.
I had the chance to work with three top players who have this responsibility on top of mind as the tournament approaches. Belgium’s Eden Hazard, Spain’s Gerard Piqué and England’s Daniel Sturridge may hail from different countries, but each is united by an unrelenting devotion to football.
