Hangar 7 in Salzburg is Red Bull aircraft museum, and it includes the Michelin starred restaurant Ikarus.
Every month the restaurant hosts a guest chef, and soon it will be time for Campania based chef Pino Lavarra. I spent a long day with him in Amalfi coast, shooting everything from reportage on fisherman boats where Pino buys fresh fish, to food still life, to portraits to architecture photos of Palazzo Sasso restaurant
